Food Ethics for Future farming and Restaurant Leaders

This Erasmus+ project is about integrating food ethics into vocational education by bridging farming and culinary training. It aims to prepare future professionals to make environmentally and ethically sound decisions in food production, marketing, and service.

Project objectives
  • Promote food ethics among future professionals in farming and restaurant sectors.
  • Increase knowledge of food ethics among VET students in the food ecosystem.
  • Encourage ethical cooperation between future farmers and restaurateurs.
  • Foster critical thinking and civic engagement in food-related professions.
Project results
  • A multilingual online course (EN, LT, BG, IT) on food ethics
  • A micro-credential system for “Food Ethics in the Synergy Restaurant-Farmers.”
  • A serious game simulating ethical decisions in the food ecosystem.
